Gather as much food as you can so that the balls don't slow you down for too long. and run away from the Blue Monster! You can buy bombs at the store that will stun the Green Monster and blow up the balls that are blocking your way. You can also buy a "rage knife," which makes you temporarily immune to damage and lets you cut through any obstacle, even the Blue Monster.
